Nez has worked in gas and oil exploration and production for more than 46 years. After earning his degree in petroleum engineering from Missouri School of Mines (Missouri University of Science and Technology) he spent the first 18 years of his career at Panhandle Eastern before founding Mohajir Engineering Group in 1988. Nez has evaluated and consulted on hundreds of energy projects across the United States and abroad. His work ethic and values are the fundamental drivers that have made Mohajir Energy Advisors a trusted advisor on energy exploration, production and transportation. Nez and his wife have three grown sons, and have been married for more than 50 years.
JEFF MOHAJIR
PRESIDENT & CEO
Jeff’s vision, critical thinking, and leadership have been instrumental in navigating an ever-changing energy industry. Using his scientific and economic education and experience, Jeff regularly advises energy clients on exploration feasibility and potential. He’s also raised over $200 million for various energy asset investment projects that have led to successful exits. Jeff and his wife, Katie, have seven kids, and when he’s not in the office, you will find him coaching his kids in soccer, lacrosse, and basketball, or attending the home basketball games of his beloved KU Jayhawks.

Bob has spent his entire 25-year career in gas and oil exploration and operations. He enjoys developing relationships with landowners, communities and other stakeholders near the energy projects that Mohajir Energy Advisors co-owns and operates. A Kansas City native and K-State alum, his problem-solving skills keep projects moving forward budgets in check. Away from the office, Bob enjoys creating custom sound systems for his home, and he’s also a dedicated coach for youth basketball. He and his wife, Ann, are the parents of a teenage son and teenage twin daughters.
DANA SPRATT
CFO
Dana has consulted on financial and business planning details with Mohajir Energy Advisors for more than 22 years. He specializes in cash flow calculations, valuations, acquisitions and buy/sell agreements. Dana received his MBA from Cornell University and is a certified public accountant. He and his wife enjoy traveling and visiting family from coast-to-coast.
BRENT NATTRASS
OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Brent brings top-notch engineering practices and global expertise to the team, and is comfortable managing all aspects of a project from third-party reserve evaluation and SEC reports, to exploratory coring, drilling, completion, and operation. Born and raised in the cold winters of Calgary, Brent and his wife love traveling to warm weather vacation destinations.
VIC DYAL
PIPELINE ENGINEER
Vic uses the latest technology to optimize infrastructure including natural gas gathering systems, pipelines, plants, and water disposal systems. With a degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University, he is a die-hard Wildcats fan. On the weekends Vic and his wife can be found working in their vegetable garden on their six-acre property.

MIKE BAILEY
OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT
Mike has 30 years of experience in oil and gas operations with particular areas of expertise in artificial lifts, re-completions and fracking. Prior to joining Mohajir Energy Advisors, Mike was a successful independent contractor for several oil and gas companies in Oklahoma. When not out in the field, Mike still prefers to be outdoors.
DARRELL SPRATT
ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Darrell tracks and calculates gas and oil production totals and expenses. Before joining Mohajir Energy Advisors, he served in the U.S. Army, retiring as a major after 25 years of service. When not pouring over spreadsheet columns, Darrell is a car and home improvement do-it-yourselfer. He and his wife have five grown children.

Ann is the company concierge, doing whatever it takes to help colleagues get their jobs done and the company run smoothly. She handles everything from bookkeeping and royalty check distribution, to special events and marketing communications.

Connie is a multi-faceted team member, who supports all aspects of the business including accounting, engineering, and operations. With a degree in computer information systems, she keeps all key project files and enterprise data safe and up-to-date. Connie and her husband of 21 years have two daughters and when not in the office, you can find her on the volleyball court, or chasing her chihuahua
